Jeffrey Moses, CFA

Jeffrey Moses has over 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Lyrical in July 2006 he was a Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. and portfolio manager of its multi-strategy funds of hedge funds since their inception. He began his career as an attorney with concentrations in mergers and acquisitions and investment advisor representation, then joined a client, Systematic Financial Management, LP, where he served as a portfolio manager and had broad responsibilities for that firm’s operations. His ultimate titles at Systematic were Executive Vice President and Limited Partner. Systematic grew from $236 million to $1.6 billion during Mr. Moses’ tenure. Thereafter, Mr. Moses served as a Senior Vice President and in capacities ranging from Director of Investment Research to General Counsel for Asset Alliance Corporation, where his responsibilities included effecting investment management affiliations, spearheading the creation of structured products on affiliate investment pools, and establishing multi-strategy funds of hedge funds. Mr. Moses has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mr. Moses received a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in finance and accounting, a JD from New York University School of Law, and an MBA from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
