Ella Spaethling joined Lyrical in June 2025 as an Advisor Relations Associate. Prior to Lyrical, she was a Business Development Representative at DailyPay, where she drove enterprise pipeline growth. Ella began her career in research and operations within the wearable tech and healthcare industries.
She graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a B.S. in International Business and Global Management. While at NYU, she served as captain of the nationally-ranked women’s varsity volleyball team and was recognized with the NYU Student-Athlete Academic Achievement Award for her leadership and academic excellence.
