We look for the best investments by sifting through the “junk” to find the “gems.” Moreover, we make the best business decisions when they are informed by the experience and knowledge of our people on the front lines. When our people see a problem, an opportunity, an issue, an improvement, etc., we encourage them to speak up, and we listen to what they have to say.

We focus on results, and we seek solutions that work best, even if they are simple and unconventional. We base our decisions on and judge results with data, while recognizing that numbers alone don’t tell the whole story.
