Ted Gage

Ted Gage joined Lyrical in 2007 as its Chief Financial Officer. He maintains overall responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, human resources, and other administrative functions. Prior to joining Lyrical, Ted was a founding member and director of Vulcan Capital, the private investment vehicle for the family office of Paul G. Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft, where he was responsible for private equity fund operations and administration, transaction due diligence and execution, and portfolio company management. Prior to Vulcan, Ted spent 12 years with Deloitte, mostly in the Merger and Acquisition Services Group. He began his professional career in the audit practice of Deloitte, focusing on audits of public and private companies, and review and preparation of SEC filings. Ted received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University in 1991.
